Red wine : we produce two kinds of red wine : a traditional one, made of Carignan, Grenache and Shyraz and a “100% Carignan” one, for which we have selected our finest and noblest Carignan grapes. We keep a traditional winegrowing, with long stays (15 to 21 days) in barricks, in order to get a powerful taste and deep colors. Our wines grow for at least one year before to be put in bottle.

Pink wine : made with Cinsault grape, along with a bit of Shyraz. We use a method known as the “bleeding”, implying to separate the juices from the berries early during the winegrowing process. This method allows us to get light and light-colored pink wines, with fresh and fruity tastes.

Cuvée Rosé

Cuvée Rosé de Saignée – Vin Rosé

Grapes : 80% Cinsault, 20% Shyraz
Winegrowing : “bleeding” method, allowing to get a round and fruity wine

Color : light red

Delicious with : appetizers, grilled meat, poultry

Best served between 8 and 10°C

Cuvée 100% Carignan Rouge

Cuvée 100% Carignan – Vin Rouge

Grapes : 100% Carignan.

Winegrowing : traditional, with full berries. Grown for 9 months before to be put in barricks. Cooked fruits tastes and strong tannins.

Color : intense.

Delicious with : red meats, roasted meats

Best served between 17 and 20°C

Cuvée Minervois Rouge

Cuvée Minervois – Vin Rouge

Grapes  : 50% Carignan, 30% Grenache and 20% Shyraz

Winegrowing : traditional, with full berries. Grown for 12 months before to be put in barricks. Spicy, with rich tannins. A typical wine to keep for a few years before drinking.

Color : deep ruby.

Delicious with : game meats (especially boar), roasted meats, strong tastes, cheeses.

Best served between 18 and 20°C

Carthagène – Vin de Liqueur

Grapes : 100% Carignan

Winegrowing : handpicked grapes and “bleeding method”. Alcohol and marc are added to the grape juice, then the carthagène is left maturing for 6 to 12 months.

Color : intense.

Delicious with : appetizers, foies gras, desserts.

Best served : between 4 and 16°C
